ICT Support Specialist

That's why we're looking for an ICT Support Specialist who keeps our colleagues in the office and in the warehouse running smoothly. You're the one they call when things get stuck, and you're the one who fixes it.

You work at both 1st and 2nd line level. That means picking up tickets and handling them on the spot, but also taking on the more complex issues when a bit more depth is needed. From a Zebra printer acting up to user management in Microsoft Entra ID, from a handheld scanner in the warehouse to application support for our WMS. You understand how a logistics environment works and what it means when systems don't cooperate.

In short: a varied role with real impact, in an informal team where you can simply get on with the job.

Profile

Who you are

•          MBO level 4 working and thinking level in an ICT field, such as ICT management or Systems and Network Administration

•          1 to 3 years of work experience in a helpdesk or support role

•          Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11

•          Experience supporting printers and peripheral equipment

•          Affinity with warehouse environments and related hardware such as scanners and RF terminals

•          Experience with a ticketing system, such as FreshService, TOPdesk or ServiceNow

•          Customer-focused, resilient under pressure and able to prioritise in a busy environment

•          Good communication skills in Dutch

•          Proactive: you don't wait around, you take action

A bonus: knowledge of Microsoft Intune, basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), experience with a WMS or ERP application, or an ITIL Foundation certification.

Activities

What you'll be doing

•          Receiving, logging and handling IT tickets via the ticketing system

•          Providing on-site support to colleagues in the office and in the warehouse

•          Installing, configuring and troubleshooting workstations, laptops and mobile devices

•          Managing and supporting printers and multifunctionals (including Xerox and Zebra)

•          Helping colleagues with Microsoft 365: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word and Excel

•          Analysing and resolving more complex technical issues at 2nd line level

•          Providing application support for business software such as ERP and WMS

•          Managing user accounts, permissions and licences in Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID

•          Contributing to the management of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online and Intune

•          Working together with suppliers and 3rd line support on escalations
