As an Inside Sales Representative – Rest of World, you are responsible for managing, retaining, and further developing your own portfolio of customers and countries within our international markets. You serve clients both within and outside Europe, combining relationship management with active market development and new business generation.
You work independently within your assigned regions while being part of an international inside sales team. In this role, you are given significant responsibility and autonomy to identify commercial opportunities and convert them into tangible results within a dynamic and international working environment.

You have experience in an internal sales, inside sales, or comparable B2B commercial role
You take ownership of customers, countries, and commercial results
You combine commercial insight with a structured and organized way of working
You are energized by both maintaining and expanding customer relationships, as well as generating new business
You are able to interpret data and financial figures and translate them into concrete commercial actions
You work independently but function effectively within an international team
You communicate professionally and persuasively in English with customers, and in both Dutch and English with colleagues
You take initiative, think in terms of opportunities, and proactively pursue commercial ideas
Activities
As an Inside Sales Representative – Rest of World, you are responsible for a defined set of countries or regions, primarily established markets, with clear commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and growing your own customer and country portfolio within the Rest of World region
Working with clear revenue and growth targets per country or region and actively driving performance to achieve them
Following up on inbound leads (via the website or other channels) and converting them into new customers and revenue
Initiating new business activities through market analysis, prospecting, and outbound sales efforts within your regions
Commercially developing your countries or regions based on knowledge of the local landscape, including indie labels, retail chains, online players, and competitors
Maintaining daily contact with customers in English regarding orders, availability, pricing, deliveries, and commercial opportunities
Analyzing revenue developments, customer behavior, and other data, translating insights into concrete commercial actions
Working independently within your area of responsibility while maintaining structured alignment with the Sales Team Lead and fellow Inside Sales Representatives
Collaborating closely with colleagues in Purchasing, Marketing, Customer Care, Logistics, and Finance
Actively contributing to a professional and structured way of working within the sales team
Depending on the region, you may work with customers across different time zones and cultural contexts.
