Lead PMO & Change facilitator

As Lead PMO & Change Facilitator, you are the driving force behind Bertus' change agenda. You ensure that plans are accurate, projects are carried out in a structured manner, and changes are effectively implemented within the organization. The PMO is the beating heart between strategy and implementation. Thanks to your overview, substantive acumen, and connecting approach, we work more professionally, effectively, and with a greater focus on the future. You report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in Bertus's further development within the Artone group.

Profile

5+ years of business experience with a hands-on mentality: You have experience in a similar role on the business side. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and work out plans yourself. Experience with digital transformations is a big plus!

Quick learner: You have the analytical ability to fully understand new processes and systems within a very short time.
Strong connector: You have the seniority and communication skills to make an impact at all levels and unite people around a common goal.
Experience with modern change management: You are familiar with contemporary techniques for project management and organizational change and know how to apply them effectively. In doing so, you also take into account the human side of change.
Pioneering spirit: You have the ambition to firmly establish a new position and are ready to grow into a group-wide role in the long term.

You connect people based on content and create support.
You focus on sustainable improvement rather than quick fixes.

Activities

You are the owner of the project structure, but also the executor who understands and records processes. As a strong connector, you bring departments together and get people on board with the content, while guiding and coaching project leaders and challenging management. In addition:

You will continue to develop the PMO function. The foundation is already in place! You are not only a director, but also the person who puts the methodologies and documentation on paper when necessary and can implement projects yourself if required.
You quickly understand complex business processes. You map these out, identify bottlenecks, and translate them into concrete projects or process improvements.
You will guide project leaders in their change assignments. You will help them overcome resistance and manage the human side of change, supported by modern change methodologies.
You act as a strong connector who knows how to convince people on the basis of content. You challenge project owners on the business case and ensure that everyone is on the same page;
You advise senior management on the change agenda. You act as a sounding board and ensure that Bertus' strategy fits seamlessly with the broader Artone objectives;
You use modern project management tools and digital techniques to provide insight into progress and promote collaboration.
You identify opportunities for collaboration beyond Bertus and prepare the organization for a transcendent role within the Artone ecosystem.
