To strengthen our logistics operation, we are looking for a Transport / Logistics Coordinator to keep our transport and logistics processes running smoothly. What you'll do As Transport / Logistics Coordinator, you plan, coordinate and monitor all transport and logistics activities. You make sure goods move efficiently and on time, keeping internal teams, clients and carriers aligned every step of the way. You are the linchpin of the daily operation, keeping an eye on progress, quality and costs, flagging issues early and driving improvements in both processes and collaboration.

Activities

As Transport / Logistics Coordinator, you plan, coordinate and monitor all transport and

logistics activities. You make sure goods move efficiently and on time, keeping internal

teams, clients and carriers aligned every step of the way. You are the linchpin of the daily

operation, keeping an eye on progress, quality and costs, flagging issues early and driving

improvements in both processes and collaboration.

Your responsibilities include:

 Planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
 Coordinating shipments with carriers and internal teams
 Tracking delivery times, commitments and priorities
 Processing transport orders and paperwork in the relevant systems
 Identifying and resolving issues and delays
 Monitoring transport flows and progress on a daily basis
 Acting as the main point of contact for carriers, clients and internal stakeholders
 Handling the administrative side of shipments accurately
 Managing quality, damage claims and returns
 Checking transport invoices and costs
 Tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times and transport costs
 Spotting inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
 Helping to optimise routes, loading and scheduling
 Contributing to cost control and the efficient use of carriers
 Working closely with Warehouse, Customer Service and Supply Chain Planning
 Supporting the Teamlead or Manager on day-to-day operational matters
 Communicating clearly about progress, issues and solutions
 Working with TMS, WMS and/or ERP systems
 Keeping data accurate and up to date
 Supporting reporting and analysis of transport data
