As a Marketing & Campaign Manager, you are responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing impactful marketing campaigns. You translate strategy into action, manage campaigns from A to Z, and know exactly how to engage target audiences through the right channels. With your data-driven approach and creative instinct, you deliver visible results and sustainable growth.

At Bertus, we are building the next phase of our commercial and digital growth. In a rapidly evolving market, with strong in-house labels under Artone and a global customer portfolio, there is a need for one orchestrator who can align and drive commercial opportunities across all labels, countries, and channels. Therefore, we are creating a new role: Marketing & Campaign Manager.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to establish the foundation — including structure, processes, and ways of working — and directly contribute to the growth of Bertus and the other Artone labels.

Profile

You have 5–8 years of experience in a commercial marketing or campaign role (for example in retail, music/entertainment, e-commerce, or distribution)

  • You think in terms of both processes and opportunities: you identify where things can be improved or optimized and take ownership to make it happen

  • You are strong in orchestration: bringing together different disciplines, maintaining oversight, and aligning stakeholders around priorities

  • You are results- and data-driven: you do not rely solely on intuition, but make decisions based on numbers and insights

  • You enjoy working in a fast-growing and evolving environment where not everything is fully structured yet — in fact:
    “There is no fully streamlined process yet — you will help build it from the ground up.”

  • You communicate clearly, switch easily between strategic and operational levels, and feel comfortable in an international context

Activities

As a Marketing & Campaign Manager, you act as the central link between Sales, Purchasing, E-commerce, Label Management, the Product Data Team, and our Warehouse. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a unified commercial priority calendar for Bertus and all Artone labels

  • Translating release schedules, commercial opportunities, and market signals into concrete plans, actions, and channel strategies, ensuring campaigns are launched with the right commercial focus

  • Ensuring that all commercial and content information is accurate and available on time

  • Supporting Purchasing, Sales, and E-commerce in channel and inventory decisions (B2B, D2C, Key Accounts, and Marketplaces), while preventing overselling

  • Analyzing campaigns and releases together with the Marketing Analyst and proactively proposing improvements

  • Bertus is evolving rapidly and experiencing strong growth. This requires a streamlined end-to-end process — and you will play a key role in building it
